Invite the user to install the app when using chatwoot on mobile

Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe. ChatWoot backend is hardly usable on a moderately small mobile screen

Describe the solution you'd like The page should show me a dismissable notification: "You appear to be using ChatWoot on a mobile. Did you know it's even more awesome on its dedicated app? Find them here for Android and iPhone."

Describe alternatives you've considered Fix the UI for small screens.

Additional context I had no idea there was a mobile app and it appears to work decently.
