Sometimes AI bots are not yet good enough to help customers. It can be annoying for customers if they have to chat with an AI bot first. That's why it should be an explicit decision from the customer to chat with an AI bot.

Describe the solution you'd like

Please let the customer choose on the Chatwoot widget/chat form to either chat with AI bot or with human support before a conversation is created.
