feat: Chat tickets
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. well some times an agent receives a request in the chat that he have to involve other team members to discuss intenally and take action accordingly
Describe the solution you'd like like the "Assign" button, have a "Turn into a ticket" button that will create a ticket in a tickets section that everyone can see and work with
Describe alternatives you've considered having another pane in the chat window for internal team discussions with references from the chat
Our workaround for this was by creating a label called "Tickets" and if a conversation needs further collaboration, it would be assigned that label, and later other agents can filter "Tickets" conversations and participate utilizing the private notes feature. But I agree, having the ability to assign more than or mention other agents in a conversation would be a plus.
Conversations are essentially tickets in chatwoot. Down the road rather than one assignee the conversation would have multiple participants so that notifications are delivered to each participant. As for immediate changes, we have the ability to tag other agents in private notes coming up sooner in our pipeline.
Creating a separate conversation with a title would be better?

This is a feature that is sorely lacking.
I suggest creating a separate ticket organization, for cases where the SLA is long. How about adding a button to “convert this conversation into a ticket” in the chat?
I also like the idea of chat titles, in the same format that ChatGPT does when we start a new conversation.
