Add all chatmail relays from https://chatmail.at/relays to preloaded DNS cache

This is in addition to https://github.com/chatmail/core/issues/7596 Original user problem was that DNS was not working, this could have been prevented if we had IP addresses preloaded so DNS never fails at least for known relays.
