Some signature-like text is not stripped from messages

• Operating System (Linux/Mac/Windows/iOS/Android): LineageOS 20
• Delta Chat Version: ArcaneChat 1.50.6
• Expected behavior: signature-like text is stripped from the attached, sample email messages, even though it is not placed after --
• Actual behavior: signature-like text is still visible in said email messages
• Steps to reproduce the problem: visualize the attached messages in DeltaChat

Attached files are all in the EML format. The .txt suffix is added to please GitH*b.
