Docs: copy qr struct doc comments to jsonrpc qr code struct

Copy docs from src/qr.rs to deltachat-jsonrpc/src/api/types/qr.rs.

Because that way the autogenerated jsonrpc bindings (typescript and openrpc docs) can take advantage of the documentation.
