upload typescript docs of @deltachat/jsonrpc-client to jsonrpc.delta.chat

cd deltachat-jsonrpc/typescript npm i && npm run docs upload contents of deltachat-jsonrpc/typescript/docs

there is also the documentation of the rust part of the jsonrpc (the "server" part), but I think for now jsonrpc.delta.chat should be just the typescript client documentation.
