[Draft] Immediately fetch after EXISTS response

@link2xt and others, I wondered whether it may be possible to speed up message receiving by fetching immediately when the server interrupts the IDLE because there are new messages, e.g. like I drafted in this (untested) PR.

What do you think? Or did I overlook something?
