QRCode deactivation not working
- Operating System (Linux/Mac/Windows/iOS/Android): Android
- Delta Chat Version: 1.28.1
- Expected behavior: When I deactivate a group invitation QRCode, I expect that no one who has my QRCode deactivated will be able to join the group and/or any person who has my QRCode deactivated will be able to contact me.
- Actual behavior: If I deactivate the QRCode, any person can use it to contact me and/or join a group.
- Steps to reproduce the problem: Deactivate a QRCode and try to scan the invitation QRCode from another account

@Gh0stz0x I can confirm this behavior. When I tried to reproduce the issue for the very first time with a deactivated QR invitation code, it was not possible to add/join a (group/1:1) chat. But as soon as the respective chat was joined once and deleted afterwards, a rescan of the same but priorily deactivated QR code was successful and the chat could be joined again. So it seems that a chat cannot be joined with a deactivated QR code if the contact never joined that chat before, otherwise that QR code still works.
And although the system message Cannot verify [contact address]. appears in the chat of the recipient(s), the blue check next to the name of the chat remains. I believe the check should disappear as soon as verification is no longer possible/successful.
But as soon as the respective chat was joined once and deleted afterwards
a deleted chat does not leave the chat - you would get messages again even without re-joining and without scanning the qr code again.
but i could not manage to join or re-join a chat with a disabled qr-code disabled on a single device, though, i am pretty sure, there are cornercases in general.
there also have been a few changes in this area, so maybe it was also getting better by that :)
PR with a test, just to close the issue: #5434
