contact requests without messages

sometimes a contact request without a message appears, happens to me on a single spam message on ios/core59 - however, i assume this is a core issue.

@Jikstra also reported that issue on desktop, however, i assumed that only "old" contact requests are affected, but the one i just received was definitely new.

hm, i tried a test adding the message - it appears as expected.

tbh, no idea was is going on there. maybe the message gets deleted somehow afterwards?
