can't use chmod +s to exe it without root. will show that : tcpump: bond0: SIOCETHTOOL(ETHTOOL_GLINK) ioctl failed: Permission denied

нельзя использовать chmod +s, чтобы выполнить его без корня. покажу, что : tcpump: bond0: SIOCETHTOOL (ETHTOOL_GLINK) ioctl не удалось: разрешение отказано

Hi, if you connect via adb shell and you have root, then just turn on SU, then go to the root (cd) xbin and run tcpdump

i just want exe it ，don't switch to root user。i want normal user also can exe it 。
