[Feature] 新对话时，[我的搭档] 排序优化建议

When the feature “Show My Partners in New Conversation” is enabled, it can be observed that the order of the partners is random (or it’s unclear what the order is). As shown in the image below:
Meanwhile, in the “My Partners” page under Settings, the partners are displayed in the following order (renamed for testing purposes), as shown in the image below:
Proposed Solution Please provide a clear and concise description of what you would like to see in terms of a function or solution.
The general perception of order should be from the top left to the bottom right, similar to the sequence shown on the “My Partners” page in the image above. It is recommended that when displaying “My Partners” in a new conversation, they be arranged in this order. Additionally, it is recommended that starred partners be displayed first in a new conversation.

大众对于顺序的认识应该是从左上到右下，也即应该类似上图我的搭档页面所展示的顺序，建议在新建对话中，当显示我的搭档，按照这个顺序进行展示。
同时，建议星标的搭档，在新建对话中优先展示。
