[Feature] 重命名历史话题 rename historical topics

Problem Description I hope to be able to rename historical topics.

Currently, the names of historical topics are still automatically generated. Sometimes, I want to use the conversation name + historical topic as a label to make it easier for me to retrieve them later. When the automatically generated historical topic names are not good, it becomes quite troublesome.

问题描述 希望可以重命名历史话题。

目前历史话题的名字还是自动生成的。有时候我想通过对话名字+历史话题来做一个标签，方便我日后去检索。当自动生成的历史话题名字不好的时候就会比较麻烦

下图这种历史话题就很麻烦 Historical topics like the one in the image below are quite troublesome.
