[Feature] Support Preferred Models

Problem Description As the number of available AI models per provider continues to grow, users face increasing difficulty in quickly finding their commonly used models. Currently, all models are displayed in a standard list format, requiring users to scroll through numerous options to find their preferred models.

Proposed Solution Implement a "Preferred Models" feature that allows users to:

• Mark specific models as preferred on a per-provider basis
• Display preferred models at the top of dropdown menus
• Maintain this preference across sessions

Additional Context

1. Add a "star" or similar icon next to each model in the selection interface
2. Clicked/starred models are saved as preferred
3. Dropdown menus show two sections:
   • Preferred Models (starred)
   • Other Available Models
