[BUG] Copilot prompts are not fully sent to GPT 4o

Bug Description I have multiple copilots with prompts consisting of around 1000 words. But very often, sometimes always, these prompts are ignored by GPT 4o. When I copy/paste the co-pilot prompt directly into the chat and then offer my request it always nails it perfectly. But when doing it through co-pilot my prompts are largely ignored. This suggests the co-pilot prompt is not (fully) sent to the model or somewhat ignored.
