Working with multiple windows does not work

Having the plugin enabled it is not possible to work with multiple windows, because the main window always stays on top.

Multiple windows may be:

  • Two projects opened
  • Opening "Show Diff" dialog in VCS

I don't see this problem in IntelliJ IDEA 15.0, but I have noticed that in IntelliJ IDEA 2016.1 Presentation Assistant seems to cause the main window to steal focus from the side-by-side diff window. I've logged a bug with IntelliJ IDEA, but thought I should also log it with this plugin
