Error on relative path

I have an XSD in http://localhost:8090/solution/anagrafe/TipiAutorizzazioniRapporto.xsd with an incluse like this

<xs:include schemaLocation="../comuni/TipiDatiComuni.xsd"/>

CXSD try wrongly to import

http://localhost:8090/solution/anagrafe/comuni/TipiDatiComuni.xsd

(correct one is http://localhost:8090/solution/comuni/TipiDatiComuni.xsd)

How can I fix without modify all my XSD with relative paths ?

same problem here. The XSD is in a subdirectory which reference another file in the same directory, but it downloads the wrong file
