Helm push fails with error message when installed in Helm newer then 3.3.1

If you install a version of Helm newer then 3.3.1, then install the helm-push plugin and finally run 'helm push' it results in an error message:

two plugins claim the name "push"

This is for a completely fresh install in a container. Rolling back to 3.3.1 or older makes the 'helm push' command work again.

@ctwise - which version of the plugin? There was just a new release in the last few hours (v0.9.0)

Both 0.8 and 0.9.
