Plugin does not reuse caFiles settings from the Repo File

When a https repo as been added with a private self signed cert, the helm push plugin does not reuse caFile settings for the repo. This would be a nice feature.

Any interest in a PR on this? I know it's an old issue and doesn't look like it's seen any activity
