How to get the pan distance/level

I need to control a 2nd chart when I pan & zoom so that they both match.

Zoom is pretty straight forward, but I can't seem to see how to get a pan, x & Y to force the other chart to pan the same.

I hope I'm saying this right, but for zoom, I can do a chart.getZoomLevel(), is there anything similar for panning?

I think we could add some "sync" functionality to the api, as this seems to be quite common need.
