Zooming in the browser stay out of place the labels

When zooming in the browser up to 200% for example and then restoring it back to 100%, the labels stay out of place and change their position to the center.

Do you have a reproducable sample (with a codepen, jsfiddle or something similar) of this because when I try it on the official samples it does not happen
