Utf8 emojis from innerHTML are sometimes grayed

Open vsevjednom-cz opened this issue 1 year ago • 2 comments

Expected behavior

See all emojis in ok color.

Current behavior

Screenshot_20240821_102922 I'm loading content of tooltip from HTML - like this: document.getElementById('something')).innerHTML There are some emojis: ➡️, ➡️, ⬅️ or ⬇️. It works but I see emojis in gray color - but ONLY SOMETIMES. I tested two emojis in one innerHTML. I sometimes see one emoji ok and one in gray color. Do you know why?

This sounds like a browser issue. Since we don't render the html but the browser does.

You're right, maybe. I see this error right now, not before. So I'm waiting for new version of Firefox.

Closing as this is not a chart.js issue
