Your Firefox version is more then 2 years old, please update it to see if it resolves the issue
In that case I'm afraid we can't do much since we only support modern up to date browsers.
The menu items are just plain a tags so that should work fine.
How modern and how up to date?
Browsers update daily. Surely you don't mean your website willfully breaks on every browser version release.
And why?
Only supporting the latest browsers is a weakness. Better software supports more versions. This is why some people compile Javascript (like "let" to "var"). Banks still use cobol. The 10 commandments are still in Hebrew. Actually, the Greek Septuagint is valuable too because it's a less tampered with source. But if you've only read it in English then you're missing out.
There are a number of things I've come across in my life where version 2.0 is worse than version 1.0 and this is one of them. If you haven't tested Firefox 68.11 vs any later release, then you don't know what you're talking about.
The menu does not open. The button does nothing.
Of course we do not mean to break things on every browser release, that said we are a small team so we can't support a lot of things like banks can with the funds they have.
Under up to date browsers i would say browsers with a max age of 6 months since browsers auto update now days.
