Webkit border drawing bug
Expected behavior
When drawing bars with one border being 0px, no border should be visible.
Current behavior
When drawing bars without a border, on webkit a 1px line sometimes occurs.

Optional extra steps/info to reproduce
Only happens in Safari (15.3, Mac). Chrome, FF, Edge are fine. Bug is visible when resizing the chart window as a small red line as top-border.
Note i setted borderSkipped = true. Same behaviour without borderSkipped.
Possible solution
Guess it's a miss calculation.

When I try to open this on Safari (IPhone 11) I dont see any borders that shoudl not render. So I think it might be a bug in Safari for desktop itself
I am not able to reproduce this in Safari Technical Preview 150 on macOS 12.5, appreciate if you can confirm else I am happy to raise a Webkit bug. Thanks!
