Background alignment for rounded stacked bar

Please can we get a feature where the background of rounded stacked bars are aligned like this

I think if the stacked bars can start from y=0 then maybe it can help.

I don't think there's an easy solution to this. Doing the drawing is likely possible using the same logic that determines which corners to apply rounding to. I think the more complex math problem is doing hit detection in the areas outside the rounded border
