Is there a way to make a bi polar bar chart not start at 0?

So basically as I ask in the title. I have A bi polar bar chart that I require the bars to start at 1 and not 0. I went through the documentation and can't seem to find anything about this.

Chartist has recently been updated to version 1.0 with some new exciting changes like ESM and TypeScript support. The migration guide can be found right here.
