Delay output

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When running commands that generate a lot of output, some of the times the output gets lost because of the speed of the scroll, screen moving so would be ideal to delay the output a bit

Describe the solution you'd like Theres actually couple of commands that help with that (pv is one of them) but I think a solution with go may be better to support all that natively

Describe alternatives you've considered Adding pv command to the command I wanted to run but then the focus is not clear on which command I wanted to showcase

Additional context I will try to do some research but I think i may be able to help. Will come back to this #hacktoberfest
