Add a soft wrap mode to gum input

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. some times When entering long text into gum input it makes more sense for the text to be wrapped instead of horizontal scroll

maybe worth using gum write instead? input is meant to be just a simple one-line input

Ah good suggestion! I hadn't even noticed gum write. It does handle wrapping but there are subtle differences it seems. For example it doesn't respond to Esc and although its help says that it has a --prompt argument, that doesn't seem to do anything for me.
