feature: Refresh local files section using 'r' in pager

Using Glow as a dashboard into my local Markdown folder, it would be nice to be able to easily reload the folder content.

This PR adds a simple refresh using 'r' for local files area only

nothing specifically, but too many things changed on master since then, and I didn't want to give you more work

No. I was just wondering. I made a few PRs here and in other charm project, but they lay dormant for a long time. Just wondered, why they are resurrected now. Love the tools ! Keep up the good work
