chore(deps): use github.com/aperturerobotics/jacobsa-crypto

Replace unmaintained dependency github.com/jacobsa/crypto/siv with github.com/aperturerobotics/jacobsa-crypto/siv, maintained by @paralin and I. go build looks fine for linux/amd64 and linux/riscv64 after this change.

This will close #147.

Hey @paralin thank you for this! We are currently reworking some of the encryption stuff for this project, so please bear with us. We can revisit this PR once those new changes have been merged. I believe they will fix this issue, but won't know for sure until the refactor is all done. Thank you for your patience :pray:
