Credential cmdlets that use Keychain

I have cmdlets for this just using the cmdline utility. Do you want me to contribute? Written in script because I use the cmdline.

@TravisEz13 Oh hell yes if you've got them please point them my way. Either would love to include (with permission) or get a headstart with the osx keychain stuff.

I'll submit a PR. Currently I have them in a private repo with other stuff I'm experimenting with.
