I trashed my stable-diffusion-webui folder. Did that long list of pip3 installs mentioned above. Did a fresh install of stable-diffusion-webui and now its working again.

Same problem here. The pip install fastapi into the bin folder didn't help me. Nor did the pip3 install fastapi. Bummer, because I've had it up and running for over...

Solved it. You have to close your terminal window after Step 6 and open a new Terminal window before proceeding with Step 7.

This is still a problem on my Mac. Stable Diffusion is still working, but it is no longer installing daily updates.

I got this error to go away by turning off ADetailer.
