Preview area zoom

The ability to zoom the preview area in and out in both playback and capture mode should exist. The zoom can be controlled via the mousewheel or ctrl+, ctrl- and ctrl0. The ability to set the default zoom level should eventually exist in the preferences system #101.

Pinch to zoom via interact.js for touch screen devices could also eventually be considered.

This would be an interesting feature to add but is low priority and I haven't ever received requests for it. If anyone wants to implement this in the future I'd be happy to provide support.
