Detect pop-up blocking

I'm using Brave, which blocks pop-up windows by default. When it did so in the case of this game, at first, I didn't realize that's what was happening and thought there was a bug in the game.

While this could be construed as more of an issue with the browser UI, being that some news sites are able to detect use of pop-up blockers and guide users to disable them, it should be possible for the game to display an alert when one is encountered and suggest that the user disable it so that the game can be played as intended.
