Tesseract support for Raspberry Pi 4

Feature request: add support for Raspberry Pi 4.

Both ARM 32-bit and 64-bit.

I noticed there is a repo with binaries targeting Raspberry Pi 3, but I am not sure how to integrate them into the wrapper. And it seems like they do not support Raspberry Pi 4.

@rgelb I know this is an old issue. But did you find any solution to this?

@Snotax I sure did. I called out to Azure Vision Services instead. Under 500 calls a month is free - which is all i needed.
