dl.bintray.com not working anymore

Hello, guys! dl.bintray.com is not available for now, so plugin is completely broken: there is no way to install dependencies for iOS and Android.

Please change bintray.com to something working, quick look into plugin code has no results for me.

Seems updating dependencies version to newer fixes problem but there is many more issues after update. I'll try to commit updated version that is working in my project, but i need help with Banner ads, because seems it's totally broken.
