Blueprints provide the implementation, this would essentially be a better UX around blueprints (so you don't need to call create_from_blueprint directly)

we are now publishing builds to https://github.com/vyperlang/vyper-builds/, also all docker builds are available [through GHCR](https://github.com/vyperlang/vyper/pkgs/container/vyper) as of https://github.com/vyperlang/vyper/pull/3435

raw_revert as implemented in https://github.com/vyperlang/vyper/pull/3136 should address this particular use case
