If you turn the extension off and then on again, you can see a strange line before panorama button.

Also it appears in first run, when use together with Tab Utilities You can see the incompatibility report in this discussion

I'm more inclined to think it's caused by firefox itself since all the extension do is change the button type from a button to a menu-button.
