Providing definition as string

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It should be possible to provide OAS definition as string.

Describe the solution you'd like Introduce new input: definition

Additional context definition and definition-file will not be required, but one of them would need to be defined, otherwise the GA will error.
