Adds scripts to build some packages for a few other configurations.

Configurations

  • COMM=ofi, LAUNCHER=slurm-srun
    • ubuntu22
  • COMM=gasnet, SUBSTRATE=udp, LAUNCHER=amudprun
    • debian12
