the worker number should be at least 3.

@AIWintermuteAI yeah, this works for IoT devices such as RPI. We still view them as cross-silo because the IoT device is always online, 1) not the case such as smartphones...
@dhrumin75 you are using SDK. The SDK version doesn't provide dataset selection. Our tutorial is asking users to try APP: https://github.com/FedML-AI/FedML/tree/master/android/app
