Create a Centralized Community Outreach list for Project DEI Badging Adoption

Goal The DEI-WG aims to increase its outreach towards the adoption of the Project DEI Badging. This issue aims to create a centralized spreadsheet that allows the working group to compile, prioritize, and track communities to reach out to. This will later be migrated to the repo.

Proposed Actions

1. Create a spreadsheet.

2. Define fields for each community (e.g.):

   • Community Name
   • Region / Country
   • Contact Person / Info
   • Status
   • Notes / Links
   • Last Contact Date

3. Populate the board with communities.
