Improve Text Color Contrast for Better Readability

The current text color appears to be too light, making it difficult to read against the white background. This affects accessibility and user experience. The text color should be adjusted to a darker shade to improve contrast and readability while maintaining the overall design aesthetics.

Thanks @adityajha2005! This is a WP Theme but I believe we could override the default color scheme. I will dig into this a little deeper.
