Update the Twitter logo to X in the footer section and change the corresponding URL to reflect the rebranding

Hi @ijayhub and thanks for volunteering! Right now, we have 2 people who have admin access to the WP site, so we will likely keep to that number for now. That being said, you are welcome to join any of the Working Groups listed on our calendar, read through our QuickStart for newcomers, and peruse our collection of education videos to get a little more acquainted with the project.
