Read More Button Position and Visibility Improvement

Description

The "Read More" button in the CHAOSS news section is positioned too close to the article content, making it less distinct. Additionally, the current color is too light, reducing visibility and accessibility.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the CHAOSS news section.
2. Observe the "Read More" button placement it appears too close to the text.
3. Notice that the button's color lacks contrast, making it difficult to notice.

Expected Behavior

• The "Read More" button should be positioned slightly lower for better readability.
• The button color should be darker to enhance visibility and contrast against the background.

Thanks @adityajha2005 ! We can easily change the contrast for this text in our WP theme, but it's the positioning that will take a little digging. I'm not sure how easily we can change that, but I'll look into it.
