[graal] Add tutorial on Graal dashboard creation

• The idea is to add a tutorial on how to create the Graal Dashboard via micro-mordred and finally linking it to the demo-video

• Question is: At what level of this repository would it be appropriate to add those?

P.S: I think we can close this issue #75 .

Sorry if I wasn't precise enough. I meant to add a new file in the graal folder. The new entry should appear after the cocom part. Does it make sense to you?

We are building the main tutorial from the analytics-demo (#91). Would it be possible to make the tutorial for Graal a variant of that?

I believe we can only benefit from using the same tutorial for different parts of the project. Micromordred may be a bit easier (I don't know, never tried myself), but it will be inconsistent with the overall direction of where we are taking the revised tutorial -- requiring rewriting the tutorial in the near future.

IMHO, this tutorial and the new one have different paths that at some point may get merged together. We can keep adding content to the current tutorial, then once the new tutorial starts getting a shape we can adapt/integrate the content of the old tutorial to the new one.

The TOC proposed at https://github.com/chaoss/grimoirelab-tutorial/issues/93#issuecomment-522096592 is promising, but it isn't clear the level of details we should spend for some sections (e.g., GrimoireLab Architecture and Data Workflow ) and where technical sections (e.g., internals) should go.

Please @jgbarah share yor thoughts.
