Cannot affiliate to ING

A case-insensitive search for company names containing "ING" generates many results.

This makes it impossible to affiliate a contributor to ING, because the list doesn't load the company.

Workaround:

  1. Create an alias for the existing ING company, like "ING bank" or "ING findme".
  2. Search for the alias, select and affiliate.

Can you show exactly what you want to do? From your comment is hard to understand what you are doing to affiliate.

I click on the "Add" button at the right hand side of the affiliations list, at the bottom of the individual's page. Then I type "ING" in the company search box.

Is there another way to affiliate a specific individual from the UI?
