• Scancode-CLI as reported, should be faster; but after being tested(below) is found to be slower when the number of files is huge.

I'll check whether similar numbers for xiph/vorbis are obtained when using just graal. Thanks for reporting this issue @inishchith

@valeriocos I'll start a execution of CoLic task for some of the repositories (the list) and share the reports here. and then I'll open up a issue ticket to discuss the differences/issues with the results (if any) WDYT?
