Immutable data entries should not be modified

For those items that are immutable (mailing list messages, irc messages, etc..) we need to avoid modifying them. Currently when no new items are collected, the items collected during the day specified by the timestamp version are overwritten. The side effect of this is the timestamp field modified even if no now data was collected and enriched.
