This issue is to create a document detailing the co-chairs of the various working groups in the CHAOSS community.

Hi @Preshh0 ! This is not urgent, I was just wondering if I should close this issue if the doc has been created and the PR has been merged somewhere. Happy to keep it open if we're still working on this! :blush: No worries at all!
